The Life Group is the front door into the ministry of 220. Life Groups meet all over the city in homes, coffee shops, high school clubs, college dorms, and even work places. The focus of these groups is to build relationships for the purpose of evangelism and discipleship.
A 220 Life Group is a small group of young people who meet together weekly for the purpose of spiritual growth through Bible study, discussion, and relationship. It is in the Life Group that accountability and discipleship takes place for everyone in 220.
There are two types of Life Groups in 220. The majority of the Life Groups are evangelistic in focus. The Life Group has one leader that meets with the same group of people each week, but the door is always open for guests and new people to join. The Team Meeting is the other type of group in 220, which only makes up a small percentage of all the groups that meet. A Team Meeting is a group of leaders that meet regularly for accountability, discipleship, and vision. Every Life Group leader also attends a Team Meeting.
